Do you want to take on the municipality's exciting challenges and development opportunities and use your skills to help create the future's facilities? Nässjö Municipality is now looking for a structured, analytical, and collaborative local supply strategist for a completely new position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a local supply strategist, you will become the municipality's expert in strategic local supply. You will have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and developing facilities so that they are functional, cost-effective, and support the needs of the operations. The role is both analytical and communicative; you will prepare decision-making materials, conduct capacity and cost analyses, and lead projects in early stages. You will monitor the real estate market and ensure that the municipality's local supply plan is current and sustainable in the long term. The position also includes responsibility for the municipality's insurance matters and the management and development of approximately 200,000 square meters of facilities.

You will work closely with administrations, municipal companies, and associations, and be a key person in the dialogue between operations and politics. Presenting matters for political decisions is part of the assignment, as is documenting and coordinating the municipality's long-term local needs.

This is a role for you who enjoys combining strategic thinking with practical project management and wants to contribute to the municipality's development in a concrete way.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree in property economics, urban planning, or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of strategic planning, property economics, and calculations, and are well-versed in relevant laws and regulations. Experience in project management is important, as well as good computer skills and the ability to work in various systems.

As a person, you are structured and plan your work effectively. You are collaborative and unpretentious, with the ability to create solutions that benefit the whole. Additionally, you are analytical and see connections in complex information, allowing you to develop long-term strategies and well-founded decision-making materials.
